This is a stock # SMK K1354 kit for a Borg Waner (BW) 1354 Transfer Case, used in several different Ford trucks including Explorer, Ranger, Bronco II from1986-up (picture shows a kit for an NP205, this auction is for the same kit only for a BW1354). This is the aluminum, chain driven unit (mechanical or electric shift) that was used in most small Ford trucks from 88-up (tag and casting will start with 13-54). This was the most common t-case used in small Ford trucks in the late 80's and early 90's.

This is a complete rebuild kit for a 1981-86 Ford Borg Warner 1345 Transfer Case. This is for an Aluminum Case, Cast '13-45'. We have hundreds of bearing kits and all kinds of hard parts available. Jul 24, 2007 I have been wanting to get rid of the electric shift transfer case i have in my 94 sport and heard that the borg warner manual 1354 will fit but have been unable to locate one or anyone that has done it. Just looking for opinion on where to get the transfer case and any advice.
The kit comes with all of the main bearings, seals, gaskets (along with silicone gasket maker), and necessary small parts for this rebuild. This kit is also available with synchro rings, so check our store or inquire if you need them.
