You will need to provide Prometric with your confirmation number. There is no charge for rescheduling or canceling an appointment if the change is made in a timely manner. Untimely cancellation of an exam or failing to show for an appointment will result in the test enrollment window being closed, and the candidate must request and pay for a new enrollment window prior to scheduling a new test appointment.
